Last Updated: November 2025This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “Client,” or “You”) and CliniMedia Inc. (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By accessing or using the CliniMedia Portal or any affiliated software, tools, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
CliniMedia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform strictly for your clinic’s operational, marketing, and administrative activities. This license is for business purposes only and may not be sublicensed, shared, or resold. You may use the Platform to manage onboarding processes, booking requests, scheduling, media uploads, dashboard interactions, and administrative workflows assigned to your account. You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, duplicate, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform. You also agree not to share login credentials or allow unauthorized parties to access your account. Any attempt to misuse, disrupt, or harm the system, including interfering with its performance or using it for unlawful activities, is strictly prohibited.
All data accessed through the Platform must be handled responsibly and in compliance with Ontario’s PHIPA standards and any other applicable privacy regulations. Patient-related and clinic-related information must remain confidential at all times. CliniMedia will not access your clinic’s data unless required for technical support or maintenance, and only with your consent.
All intellectual property, including the platform’s design, codebase, features, content, and technology, is owned exclusively by CliniMedia. This Agreement grants you permission to use the Platform but does not transfer ownership rights. CliniMedia may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement, engage in unauthorized usage, or if your actions pose a security or operational risk. You may stop using the Platform at any time; however, obligations related to confidentiality, misuse, or intellectual property protection remain in effect.
CliniMedia is not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. This includes issues resulting from third-party integrations or circumstances outside our control. The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis.
CliniMedia may update this Agreement periodically, and continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of any revised terms. If you have questions or require assistance, please contact us at info@clinimedia.ca.
